RETROFIT: Our PLC system is designed to be retrofit to existing machines. We just need to know some details about your autoclave or industrial oven, such as size, heating/pressure system, signals, existing hardware, and power requirements. CONVENIENCE: User friendly interface and remote access means you can begin, watch, and alter cure cycles from your laptop, tablet, or smartphone, from anywhere in the world.

The APEX PLC system comes with:

A 15.6” HMI touchscreen display.

TP-LINK Archer VR2800 WiFi Modem Router and Cat 6 or 6E Ethernet cable, plus a full installation guide, to set up remote connectivity.

PRODUCTIVITY: Pre-loaded cure cycles mean less setup time spent at your machine and more available time for other important tasks.

The APEX PLC system comes with:

Storage capacity for 6 different cure cycles, each can incorporate up to 4 dwells.
Up to 20 vacuum line connections as standard.
Up to 8 thermocouple connections as standard.

QUALITY CONTROL: PLC systems allow for full control and detailed traceability with regard to heat, pressure and vacuum. This means parts manufactured to the strictest quality standards, suitable for the most demanding customers and applications.

SAFETY: The APEX PLC system features an independent self-monitoring safety circuit that will shut down the system in case of power outage. This will also prevent the autoclave from pressurising if the door is not properly closed. Furthermore, and over-temperature control will shut the system down if the temperature reaches +30°C beyond the maximum allowable vessel temperature.

ENERGY SAVING: Automated systems are typically much more efficient with regard to energy use, which is especially important given energy prices today. The APEX PLC system will also display a warning message if temperature / pressure ramp rate entry data is beyond the machine capability.

REMOTE ASSISTANCE: With permission, we can remotely access your system for calibration or general support.
